Lonnie and his team made selling our house a breeze! We live out of state and the home was a rental property so there were a lot of moving parts that went in to selling it. Lonnie and his team took care of everything to include taking the time to develop a strong relationship with the tenant who   occupied the house. Their efforts with the tenant made showing the house a lot easier. They found the right buyer within weeks while juggling the leasing terms with our tenant and our house was sold with very little work on our part! They did a fantastic job! 

As a side note, and its probably not their primary focus, but the Branson team served as our property manager for 4 years while we lived out of state. Again, they took care of literally everything for us! They kept the house rented for the entire duration without any missed months and it was as if they owned the house because they took so much pride in selecting the right tenants. These guys excel in customer service and they truly look out for their clients!
