What an awesome experience working with Lonnie and Amber Branson! Never have we hired anyone or worked with anyone that we felt like we could completely trust to handle everything, but with these guys it was not a problem. They are so professional and easy to work with.
Lonnie priced our house right. Amber walked through every room and made some suggestions, which really made the house show well. Their photographer took awesome pictures. They suggested we go away for the first weekend for showings and when we returned it was sold! We were totally comfortable with Lonnie looking at the offers that came in and going back to their Realtors negotiating, then letting us know which offer was going to be the best to accept.They were fantastic and we would highly recommend them!
